could very well happen. I really like the Avs team, but picking them to win is hard to do. I believe they haven't beat Vancouver since 09 so I guess they are due.

I'd actually like to see Henrik miss the next three games and rest his body. Sure it'd be nice to keep winning but I'd like rest so guys before the playoffs.

gillis is so good that he trades Schnieder to Tampa for their 1st and a player that he flips to Columbus for THEIR 1st this year. To top it off he sends Ballard to Montreal for another 1st round pick.

Until the draft age gets moved back, there's no sense in drafting for need. It takes a special talent (or an extremely porous roster) to step right into the NHL. I say you draft the BPA no matter what your franchise needs, because those needs will change by the time he's ready to contribute.

Which of these two troll posts should I choose from as the reason the mod likely banned you?

You know what the most annoying thing about being a mod is...it's guys who cry that they got banned "because they are Canuck fans" and then you read what they posted and it's beyond obvious as to why any mod would kick you to the curb. Why would a mod sit there and let you troll the board off topic?

If you really think that you're being banned "because you're a Canuck fan" then don't post there...or maybe try and hold an actual hockey conversation without insulting people. I know it's challenging, but give it a try sometime.

Not being a homer but I have difficulty envisioning a Schneider loss these days. Especially one that gives up more than 2 goals.

I like Ian's prediction: 3-2 Canucks in either a SO or OT.
